Nutritional Guidance

First meeting is 2 hours, there after 1 to 1.5 hours.   The first 6 are wkly, then bi-wkly, exiting meetings are monthly then bi-monthly.  All subject to change based on the individual.

First is the learning of the importance of the  essentials.  Knowing and understanding is key.

The approach is as individual as you are.   Upon assessment and discovery of your needs and goals  we will set a plan in motion.   All designed with in your lifestyle, your taste, and your schedule.  Of course we will be introducing new  tastes, new schedules and patterns,  this is all based on your end goal.
